New generation fraud. After being told that the sauna was open and paying money, we learned that the sauna downstairs was not in use. We were told that we would send towels, but we were left downstairs without towels. When we asked the attendant downstairs to ask for a wet towel, he was told that we could not provide towel service because everyone brought their own towels. After asking a few times, we were able to obtain towels, even though they were not very clean. The pool was both cold and the water was dirty... After another group of friends complained that the water was cold, the temperature in the indoor pool was increased. I came here once and I don't think I will come again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely perfect. Being so friendly to customers and fulfilling their requests quickly also adds a plus point. I had a great time and the rooms were very clean. The food was also very delicious. I recommend it so you can spend productive time in unity with nature.

In a word, I was blown away. I live in Istanbul. It's the perfect weekend getaway to get away from the chaos of city life. It is a quality place, whether it is the thermal pool, the location of the hotel or the hotel staff. If you like being in touch with nature, you will love it.

Terrible cleanliness, absolutely zero. People shouldn't come here. It's a shame for people's money. Hygiene in the pools is zero. When you enter, you regret it because people enter without any rules, that is, no caps, no showers, just like that. When you enter, hair gets tangled everywhere. Who knows what else... people go to the table two or three times during the meal because there is no tray, they don't give it😄 it's a joke. I wish I hadn't tried so hard, I was starving. This hotel definitely needs a good inspection... Really disappointing..

In the morning, we woke up to the sound of screaming, one of the children had fallen down the stairs. The floor of the facility was very slippery, an old couple was walking with difficulty. There is no necessary maintenance service. There is snow everywhere. The stairs leading to the suite rooms are slippery. The snow can be cleaned very easily, but they did not do it. It was the same last year. It is the same this year. It is the right decision not to come again. It must be.
